Carl H Shields, has been described by a client as “one of those guys you love to work with,” and “a professional, good communicator.” In addition to having more than 50 years of expertise in the benefits consulting industry, Carl is heavily involved in the community with more than four decades of coaching minor hockey and little league baseball, and sitting on the boards of the Alberta Special Olympics, Recreation For Life Foundation, and the Derrick Golf and Winter Club. Carl founded CHS Benefits Consulting Group (now part of Lloyd Sadd), and enjoys helping individuals and clients achieve their goals, while working alongside his son and daughter.
