Heather Draper

Claims Advocate

Heather joined the Claims Advocacy team in 2023 and brings over 25 years of claims experience to our Risk Services department.

Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and used that knowledge base to establish a long career in complex Bodily Injury & Liability claims handling. Her career path has focused both on auto and commercial injury claims, which has encompassed professional liability, sexual abuse, product liability and commercial social host claims. Heather has a special interest with not-for-profit organizations and the unique risks they can be exposed to. She has had extensive experience with all levels of litigation, negotiation and policy interpretation. She holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and thrives on collaborating with the team to find solutions and positive outcomes for our clients. Outside of the office, Heather enjoys keeping active with a variety sports, especially at Cirquetastic Circus & Acrobatics.
